General Goal

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

This 2-day in-person workshop focuses exclusively on Applied Leadership, maintaining the learning intent and outcomes of the original IMA online modules, while leveraging the depth of reflection, interaction, and real-world application enabled through face-to-face delivery.
