Target Group
- This program is designed for professionals who are interested in assessing and scoring organizational future readiness and business agility levels.
- It is particularly suitable for participants with at least 5 years of professional experience who seek to build the knowledge and practical capability required to support organizations in both the public and private sectors in implementing and evaluating the international Future Readiness & Business Agility Model.
- As part of the registration process, participants are required to submit their official CV for evaluation.

- Assessment Structure: The programme follows a comprehensive assessment and certification methodology.
- Case Study Assessment: Participants are required to complete an individual comprehensive case study, which accounts for 30% of the final grade.
- Evaluation Process: The case study is assessed by two evaluators: the tutor and an external expert.
- Final Examination: Participants are also required to sit for a final examination, which accounts for 70% of the final grade.
- Exam Platform: The examination is conducted through TIBAI’s online assessment platform.
- Exam Timeline: The final exam must be completed within a maximum of three months from the training completion date.
- Certification Requirement: To be awarded the Lead Future Readiness and Business Agility Assessor Certificate, participants must achieve a minimum overall score of 80%.
- Reassessment Opportunity: If a participant does not achieve the required score, one final reassessment opportunity only will be granted, subject to score analysis.
- Reassessment Options: The reassessment may involve retaking the examination, repeating the training up to the individual case study assessment stage, or both, depending on the participant’s performance analysis.
- Second Attempt Policy: If the participant does not achieve 80% in the second attempt, the entire training program must be repeated.
